Returns & Refunds Policy

At LuxuryRigidBox, we specialize in custom packaging solutions tailored to each customer’s specifications. Because every order is uniquely produced, standard returns are not accepted. However, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction through our Reprint & Resolution Policy.
1. Custom Order Policy
All products are made specifically for each customer. Therefore:
- Custom packaging orders are non-returnable
- Orders become non-refundable once production begins
- Final artwork approval is required before manufacturing
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct prior to approval.
2. Quality Assurance & Free Reprint Policy
We stand behind the quality of our packaging. If an issue occurs due to our fault, we offer a free reprint.
Eligible cases include:
- Printing or finishing defects
- Incorrect size or specifications due to production error
- Wrong material or stock used
- Manufacturing defects
- Verified quantity shortage
- Damage during shipping (with proof)
All approved reprints are processed free of charge.
3. Claim Reporting Period (3 Days)
Customers must report any issues within 3 days of delivery.
- Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible
- Timely reporting helps ensure faster resolution
4. Quality Review Process
All claims are reviewed by our internal team:
- Issue evaluation based on provided evidence
- Verification by our Quality Control department
- Customer is informed of the decision
- Approved cases are moved to priority reprint production
If a shortage is confirmed, missing quantities will be reproduced and shipped.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are limited.
Refunds may only be approved if:
- Production has not started
- Materials have not been used or processed
- The request is approved by management
Once production begins, refunds are not available.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before production starts
- Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed
We recommend confirming all details carefully before final approval.
7. Artwork Approval Responsibility
Before production, customers must review and approve all artwork details, including:
- Spelling and content accuracy
- Design layout and alignment
- Colors and finishing selections
- Dimensions and specifications
- Dielines and cut marks
- Barcode placement (if applicable)
After approval, production proceeds based on the finalized design.
8. Shipping & Damage Claims
LuxuryRigidBox ships orders worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide:
- Photos of outer shipping cartons
- Images of internal packaging
- Clear photos of damaged products
This information is required to process claims efficiently.
9. How to Submit a Claim
